where is my waiting list?

  • I installed waitlist and it appears to be working well. However, I cant seem to find
    a summary of who is waiting for what. There must be something somewhere that tells me
    what is being waited for so I can get more of these products and put them into stock.
    After all, this is the main reason for this functionality right? So, where do I look?
    BTW, I am using the free version. Hope I dont need to upgrade to the premium version to
    get this needed functionality.

    Hi,
    in edit product you can find a metabox with the number of user subscribed on waiting list. From this metabox you can also send the email to the customers.
    Advanced options aren’t available on this version.

    Yes, I knew about this metabox if I go into each products info page. But that means I need to go look thru all my products to find who is waiting for what. Not a viable solution. What we need is a summary or a report that summarizes all of the items that people are waiting for. Doesn’t seem like it is too difficult to implement and this solution would be invaluable to all of us. looking forward to seeing this implemented in the next release.

    unfortunately at this moment this feature is not available on this plugin version. I will ask to developers to consider add this new feature in one of the future updates.
