Where is post category in WordPress 3.5.1

Yeah, but my main problem is it does not add my category to the database, though it shows in admin panel.

How exactly are you creating this category?

I create it from admin panel. But even when I try wp_create_category() function, it does not show in wp_terms. When I use get_cat_id(‘cat_name’); it shows me the category id. Now I need to get all posts date of one category.
