Where is "preprocess_comment" filter?

    Hi guys, l’m trying to find where ever the code is for the preprocess_comment filter – but can’t seem to find it anywhere.

    What l’m doing is creating my own version of the wp_new_comment() function, and need to skip some of the checks found in the preprocess_comment filter…. l just can’t seem to find the core code.

    Anyone?
