    I purchased the pro version of your plugin, can’t get it to work properly, submitted two support tickets through your website, and haven’t heard anything back. Either assist or refund. What’s going on?

  • I also submitted a couple of tickets and also wrote in this forum. Luckily, I tried the trial version before the paid one. It seems the developers have abandoned the support for this plugin, without notification.

    If you paid through Paypal I advise you to ask them directly for a refund.

    As far as i can see you support was actively writing with you to solve the issue you described. Sadly you after some back and forth you did you respond anymore. As you seem to be still interested for this to be solved we would kindly ask you to provide the information we asked for (e.x. screenshots of the test setup).

    We can not find any tickets with you name on it inside our ticket system. If you provide us with your email address we would search for your issue and would be glad to help you with that.

    After all we can say that support for this plugin is not abandoned
