Where is support?

  • Free plugin seems decent but what if you need to get support ?
    The pinned post in support thread tells you ‘no support will be done here‘ and gives you two links.

    So bad. It could have been a very good option for reviews. The paid version seems appealing too but not having a proper support and working team is a no no.
