Where is support????

I submitted a ticket to support 3 days ago and still no response! I am DONE with this plugin, it has caused nothing but problems and headaches. Every single time when I hit the “edit” button on one of my pop-up forms, the button acts as if it’s not clickable and I get a message in the lower left corner of my screen saying “javascript:void(0)”. This happens literally every time. I can’t edit my forms at all. The only solution I have is to delete the entire form and create a new one every time I want to make a small edit. This is not efficient. I have uninstalled and re-installed the plugin 2 times already, nothing works. I’m on a 4 month old Windows 10 PC as well, and my internet is at full speed. It’s not a problem on my end.
