Where is text for notification email?

Hi when I installed the plug in and went to settings there is already text in the notification email. I can tell by what it says that I wrote it. But for the life of me I can’t figure out where I did so. I have Woocommerce Memberships, Gravity Forms and am playing with BuddyPress. It may not matter but I’m interested in understanding how thing fit together and it may matter a lot!
