Where is the best way to add data in database

  • Hi I am using WordPress and PHPmyadmin in my website,

    I just want to know where is the best way to create my table and insert data.
    I saw there is a database called name_wp211, which contains several table begins with wp_,
    to best run my website, is it better to create table under database WP, or I should create a new one?

    Thanks for any suggestions
