    Hello,
    First I would like to congratulate you for the excellent work done on this plugin, it is very easy to configure and has very important style and translation options.

    See, I configured the plugin.

    I left a product with zero stock to do the test.

    I added the email to the waiting list, and then i changed the product stock.

    The email was not sent automatically.

    Searching about it here in the forum, I saw that many other people complain about the same, and I also saw that you gave the same answer to everyone.

    To send the Back In stock email,
    you will need to go to the product settings and then click in the Send button of the Waitlist metabox.

    I’ve looked everywhere for this SEND button and haven’t found it.

    Can you describe step by step how I get to this button as I’ve looked everywhere.

    Not even here in the plugin demo images is there a photo showing this button, nor on the YITH website are there these images or instructions on how to get to this SEND button.

    Does this button really exist?

    If possible insert a link to the image using https://imgur.com

    So there’s no doubt where he is.

    Hi there,

    You might not be able to see the button as you have already include stock to the product, in order to manually send the email you should:

    • Have the product out of stock
    • Have users in the waitlist
    • ( The button will display) Send the email before adding the new stock
    • Add the new stock

    Here is where to button should be located.

    Let me know if followed this steps but you couldn’t find the button.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    I had also contacted [email protected] and Carlos gave me the following response:

    Are you referring to button to manually send the waitlist (see attached image) ?
    If the answer is yes and you are using the newest version of our Waitlist it is not available anymore, this is because the waitlist in the free version used to work manually but in the new version the emails are automatically sent, so this button has been removed since it is not needed anymore.
    Here you can see how the email works>

    So I got confused because each of you says one thing.

    However, even using the latest version of the plugin, I didn’t see the send button in the place where you informed it,
    and the plugin didn’t send the emails automatically like Carlos said.

    That is, your plugin does not work at all for me.

    Anyway, I’m already using another plugin that works and I really appreciate your time in answering me.

    I hope they solve the problem for other users.

    Hi there,

    We have performed different test in our local sites and we can confirm that the mail needs to be send manually in the free version and the button display when the product is out of stock and there is someone in the waitlist. The position of the metabox will depend of each installation. If this is not happening to you, it might require to check if there is any conflict with other plugins.
