Where is the Carousel capability?

Oh, another question. This theme is supposed to have a carousel capability built in? (I read that Jetpack also has one that’s supposed to work well with this theme.) But again, can’t find anywhere withing the theme framework how to use this feature. Can’t see anything in the Customizer.
