Where is the D/L button supposed to show up?

    Installed, enabled, and configured the plugin.
    Checked off:

    Allow download on shop / archive pages

    Tried on and off for

    Only show the button to logged in users

    Went to my free products. No d/l button is showing. How is this plugin supposed to work? Does it need some other setting to be changed, from vanilla state?
    Is it not enough for products to cost 0.00?
    I am confused.
