Inside the plugin’s advanced settings, there’s a Reset Error Log option. But where is the error log file stored, or how do I view all the logged errors?

    Hi @dannyfoo,

The Reset error log button clears any cached errors displayed on the notifications at the top of the page in your WordPress admin area. Only messages for errors that are resolved but still held by cache will be cleared. There is also another log related to feed error which you can view by doing the following:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard > Instagram Feed and click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our?Support page.??
    2. Scroll down to the?System Info?section on the Support page and click “expand”
    3. Inside the System Info there will be an Errors section where you can view a list of errors

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Regards ??

Thank you for the response, Nigel.

At least now I know where to check for these errors.
