Where IS the Form Manager?

  • I’ve used Custom Contact Forms successfully in the past, but today I tried to use it and I was able to create a new form, but then, for the life of me, I can’t find the “Form Manager”. There’s Manage Forms at the bottom, but that’s just to save or delete a form, there’s no way to add fields. Can anyone offer me some guidance??? I’m working on deadline and REALLY stuck.
