Where is the help?

I have tried to use the contact form repeatedly through your site and nothing. It gets stuck on contact-us-2 page and never refreshes. How can we get help, to decide if we want to use this plugin and go premium, if you have a non-working help system?

Page I have noted is one I am working on. It only shows music in one long line, instead of grid, no matter what template I choose. Why?
