Where is the location of the code for Continue Reading?

My site: https://cheshmandaz.org and I am using Suffusion. I’d like to customize the wording of the tag CONTINUE READING. Could anybody help me where I should look for it? I have read in WP Forum that it’s the_content. But I can’t find it under Suffusion’s content php. Where is it? Any help is much appreciated.
