Where is the Pages Directory?

you should be able to see them in your dashboard. Just click on “Pages”

Pages are in the database.

EDIT – if you mean the content of your pages. If you mean template files, they’re in your theme directory.

How do I delete pages I no longer need from the database?

Why can’t you delete them from the Dashboard?
