Where is the permalinks setting stored in the db?

    I’ve built a theme options panel and want to add a button to automatically set permalinks to my chosen default… /%postname%/

    If someone can tell me where this is stored, I suppose I could write a php script that does it automatically.

    Also, I want to change the way wp stores images, to disable “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”

    If I know where this is stored, I can change it as well, with the above button I’m creating.

    Thanks!!! This will be a time saver.
