Hi, I tried the plugin and it seems very valid. But I wanted to test the collection of cookies, but despite having enabled a youtube video on the site, specifically to see if it collected cookies, I viewed the video several times but if I go to “export data” it finds nothing. Thank you

Because Youtube stores it’s cookies on a Google domain, not on your own domain, Complianz cannot detect the Youtube cookies using the scan. Complianz will try to detect the fact that you’re using Youtube, and will suggest to add Youtube to the used services list in the Wizard.

When it is listed there, you will get the Youtube cookies that are known to us in your cookie list.

In a couple of weeks, the cookie list will be much more detailed, after the plugin updates to the https://cookiedatabase.org version. The plugin will then connect to the api of cookiedatabase.org and can return a detailed list of cookies as listed there, based on the scan and detected services and social media.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you very much for the quick reply. I would like to have immediately registered personal data to test it, how can I do?

    Hi @quadcore,

If you’re referring to exporting personal data, this refers only to user data as collected by registration, contact forms etc.

For data concerning cookies and consent you might want to read https://complianz.io/user-consent-registration.

If you mean another type of data, let me know, so we can help! Regards Aert

Do I mean that a user asks me to delete his data? Where I find them. I have no contact form or login forms

    Hi @quadcore,

Complianz is designed to collect no personal data.

Whenever a user/visitor questions if cookies on your domain are placed after consent, starting later this week, you can export a PDF that shows your Cookie Policy and Complianz settings on a given date. This prooves how cookie consent is handled on your domain, without gathering unnecessary personal data. We will be releasing this update later this week.

I hope this answers your question.
