Where is the plugin menu?

  • Novice here, so please bear with me.

    I wanted to install a plugin but when I go to the admin menu, the plugin menu simply does not show up. I am using the Andrea09 Theme. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong???

    Are you saying that there is no “Plugins” menu on the left side of your admin panel. If so, you may need to reinstall WordPress
