where is the plugins tab

  • should be in left sidebar of dashboard
    if a new install, you might want to upload /wp-admin folder again as some files may be missing

    If your site is the one in your profile you won’t find it. You’re on wordpress.com. They provide your hosting.

    We support folks hosting themselves using the wordpress.org package.
