    Plugin says:

    Accept Credit Cards, Google Pay, ApplePay, ACH, P24, Klarna, iDEAL and more all in one plugin for free!

    We have ACH activated on Stripe, but in the cart it only asks the customer for a credit card, no option for ACH is offered.

    Hi @joyryde,

    Thanks for contacting us. ACH is for US merchants only, since that’s what Stripe’s API and their ACH partner Plaid can currently handle. Your site’s currency would need to be USD.

    You would also need to follow the plugin’s instructions about signing up for a Plaid account and enter those API key’s in the ACH settings.

    If you have followed those directions and still do not see ACH please provide your website and I will take a look.

    Kind Regards,

    We are a US retailer. There are no settings within the plugin for ACH, as we mentioned. The plugin settings are super basic and no options for ACH exist.

    WooCommerce > Settings > Payments

    The above location doesn’t show anything for ACH…so there’s nowhere to enter the API info.

    We have Plaid and Stripe linked already.

    @joyryde,

    If the settings are basic then that means you are using another Stripe plugin and not Stripe for WooCommerce.

    Here is a screenshot of our plugin’s settings, which are comprehensive:

    I recommend you navigate to your site’s plugins page and see what Stripe plugin you have active.

    @joyryde

    Ya that’s not our plugin, that’s the plugin created by WooCommerce.

    Our plugin is Stripe For Woocommerce version 3.1.1 by Payment Plugins.

    I guess I’ll delete the Woocommerce one and use yours!
