Where is the shortcode generator since WP5?

As mentioned in this document:

To access a shortcode generator you can click on the WP Club Manager logo on the TinyMCE Editor in posts or pages.
The problem is that since Gutenberg WP5 there is no TinyMCE Editor anymore (or is there?)
So How do I access the shortcode generator?
