Where is the slider. Esplanade Theme

  • This theme has a slider, but I cannot seem to find it. Strange, but the majority of the themes I have tried – that have sliders – do not show the slider. Why is that ?

  • According to the readme file, the instructions for the slider are as follow:

    The slider handles sticky posts as featured. If the slider option is enabled
    sticky posts will be displayed in the slider and the main loop will ignore them.
    If the option is disabled the loop will display normally, with sticky posts on top.

    Did you go to the options section and see if the slider is active?

    Ahhh…got it, thanks ! I am so new to WP that the robustness is a bit overwhelming. Guess I have to learn to explore more.

    I still can get my slider to show up? I have done sticky posts and the slider is enabled?
    HELP ??
