Where is the static front page in 2.6.1 ?

    I have WP version 2.5 running on some of my sites. I just installed 2.6.1 on a new site and cannot find under Settings, Reading Settings, Front page displays the way to make a front page static. What happened to this feature?

    This is displayed in 2.5 but gone in 2.6.1.
