Where is the submit button?

  • So the new upgrade messed up my surveys. No big deal though, I am simply recreating them now. The only problem is that when adding fields, I do not see a “Submit” or “Finished” option. Currently it appears that users do not have the ability to submit the survey when complete.

  • Sorry to here about the problem with the conversion to the new plugin. What version did you upgrade from? This could be a possible cause.

    I think I get the gist of your problem. There is no option to add a submit button, because its not optional. If you look at the second to last field on the edit screen you will see the ‘Submit’ button is there. The only thing you can modify about this is the prompt, and it will always be placed as the last visible field on the form.

    Let me know if this is not the case, then we will have to do some fault finding for your system.

    The submit button is not there. When adding additional fields (aka questions) the second to last field is my last question. The last field is blank. I cannot add the submit button.

    I was using your previous verison flawlessly so I have a reference point when speaking of the Submit Button. I know where it used to be and I cannot find it still.

    Any ideas? Thank you kindly!
