Where is the submit button?

    Dear jcpennys7,

    There is no need of activating the submit button. You just need to add it as a separate field similar to other form fields. The button name can be modified to fit your case.

    I figured out what happened. The plugin is not configured with a scroll bar so that it works with different screen sizes. The Add Button option doesn’t show up unless I shrink my view down.
