    Hi 06niram,

The plugin doesn’t take care of subscribing people by itself but allows you to use any other plugin inside the box to do just that. We’re also the authors of our popular MailChimp for WordPress plugin which you can use for this.

After installing & activating the plugin, you can connect it to your MailChimp.com account. Then, use [mc4wp_form] in the box content to show a sign-up form.

Hope that helps. If not, let me know!

    Hi Danny,
Thanks for the clear answer. I Have actually found that my template collected the subscribers, too.

Before installing Boxzilla I tried MailChimp for WordPress, but I was not able to connect to MailChimp. The error reads

The MailChimp API server returned the following response: 0 .

I contacted my ISP to ask them to whitelist MailChimp addresses and they say that they can only whitelists known IP addresses, rather that URLs.

On another note, I have created a mc4wp form, and whenever I click on forms, the plugin opens that form, and does not provide me an opportunity to create a second one.

Please, help with this mc4wp configuration problem.

    Kind Regards,

    Antonio

Please, let me know how could

    Hi Antonio,

You can get the IP address of your MailChimp by taking the last few characters of your MailChimp API key (everything after the dash) and then generating the following URL.

In this example, I assume your last few characters are “us1”.

    https://us1.api.mailchimp.com/

You can then enter this site address on a site like this to get the IP address: https://ipinfo.info/html/ip_checker.php

As for you being unable to create more than one form in MailChimp for WordPress; generating multiple forms is a Premium only feature. Sorry.

    Hi Danny,

    Thanks a lot.

Following your advice I whitelisted the resulting IP for https://us1.api.mailchimp.com/

However, still not able to connect.

I made sure that PHP CURL is installed. I Ignore w requests to https://*.api.mailchimp.com/ are blocked or not. I understand that they are not, after having whitelisted the IP.

Hi, as your ticket here was already marked “resolved” I did not read your last post before.

If you are still having this issue in the latest version of Boxzilla please create a new ticket. You may refer to this thread in the new ticket it you wish. Thank you!
