Where is the theme gone?

    WordPress 3.5.2
    Twentyeleven
    Cimy Header Image Rotator

    Godaddy hosting

    Following website has been running for about 2 days without much problem:
    https://piano-02.satimis.com

    During installation:
    After having Cimy Header Image Rotator installed and activited I duplicated twentyeleven and renamed it as twentyeleven-cimy. All editing for making the Rotator to work were done on the header.php and style.css in twentyeleven-cimy folder/directory.

    However I found following problems;
    1)
    The width of header image won’t adjust automatically when reducing the width of the browser.

    Size of header image: 1000 x 288 px

    2)
    On changing the colour of text “Piano-02” the color of text below also changes simutaneously. I need keeping the latter in white permanently.

    In order to rectify above problem I created a child theme with following steps on Godaddy File Manager;
    create a folder
    piano_02/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-cimy-child

    create a file
    piano_02/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-cimy-child/style.css

    copy following lines on the file:

    /*
Theme Name:     Twenty Eleven Child
Theme URI:      https://piano-02.satimis.com/
Description:    Child theme for the Twenty Eleven theme
Template:       twentyeleven
Version:        0.1.0
*/

    (An empty file)

    duplicate
    /piano_02/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-cimy/header.php

    move it to
    /piano_02/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-cimy-child/header_copy.php
    and rename it as;
    /piano_02/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-cimy-child/header.php

    Activate the child theme;
    Dashborad
    -> Appearance -> Themes -> Twenty Eleven Child – activate

    Unfortunately I couldn’t start the website running;
    https://piano-02.satimis.com
    only a blank screen resulted

    On Godaddy File Manager
    /piano-02/
    themes folder – gone
    twentyeleven-cimy folder – gone
    twentyeleven-cimy-child folder – gone

    /piano-02/wp-content/
    themes folder – also gone

    Still I could start the Dashboard:
    Appearance -> Current Theme
    twentytwelve

    twentyeleven-cimy – gone

    Settings -> Cimy Header Image Rotator
    still there.

    How could it happen?

    Please help. Thanks in advance.
