Where ‘s my Uploaded CV?

  • Hallo
    I have made a contactform
    with:

    <label> Cv upload
    [file CVupload] </label>

    and ofcourse in the emailpart:

    CV upload:
    [CVupload]

    No Ive upload my cv in the contact form and i send it to me, to check,
    and in my email, i get:

    Now is mine problem how can i get the attachment????
