Where should I copy my wordpress files in order to see blog at homepage?

Where should I copy my wordpress files in order to see my blogs at homepage? For an example, I want to see blogs at https://www.movieblog.me not at https://www.movieblog.me/wordpress… ( Above site is just an example)
1) at root /
2) at root/public_htmlShould I copy the whole unzipped folder ‘wordpress’ or JUST COPY THE FILES?
Please guide.
