    I expected to see ticket headers or titles or something to change colors while this option is checked, but can’t find what it changes. All my priorities have colors.

    Could you share me more information about what you need(if what you need is in the front end or the back end, if it’s in the ticket list page or details page, if you are mentioning about a field or section)?

    There is an option in plugin settings “Color-code Ticket Header?” under “Fields” tab. I couldn’t find any differences, that this setting would make. But finally found that when Agent opens the ticket, then there is a line with priority color on top part of the ticket page.

    So, mystery resolved.
