where to add jQuery code for page template

  • Hi, ty for the nice starter theme for bootstrap 3. It works really well to add some bootstrap components in the template.

    I am still new to WP coding. I have hard time to find the right place to add some jQuery codes. I tried to put it into page template. The jQuery code doesn’t act at all.

    Could you please let me know which file I can add my own jQuery code for a page template?
