Where to add the snippet?

Users are required to “Add the following snippet inside the HTML of the parent page, in the spot where you want the iframe to be created:”

However, Word Press websites do not have a HTML page. So where I am wondering where and how I should put the code.

I put the code in the index.php, but it was of no avail.
