Where to do the adjustments

I have installed the plugin Run Action for Caldera Forms and want to create a new action after submit. I see the description and examples on https://calderaforms.com/downloads/caldera-forms-run-action/ but as I’m new to WordPress I don’t understand where I have to do the adjustments? For example, I want to send some of the form data to an another file on my server which processes and stores it.
