Where to download SO widgets bundle versions lower that 1.4?

Previous versions are available at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/advanced/ up to 1.4. For older versions, we’d have to try a build you a copy. Which version number are you looking to download?

I do not know, working one is 1.0.4.
When I tried wit higher versions JS which opens menus within the widget does not work in 3.9.3 install.

I tried multiple versions till 1.8.1 I think (which are compatible with 3.9).
Theme is Virtue 2.2.0.

I tried deleting cache, disabling addons, no luck. Luckily, I found old version in my backups, that works

I would like to try newer, one by one till 1.4, if you have archive somewhere?

The Widgets Bundle requires WordPress 4.7+ so this is a bit outside of our support scope. Unfortunately, we don’t have built versions of the Widgets Bundle available on www.ads-software.com prior to 1.4 but we can manually build a given version for you on request.

You can try the old version ZIP files from the GitHub releases page https://github.com/siteorigin/so-widgets-bundle/releases?after=1.6.1. I didn’t think those would work but perhaps this was prior to us using a build script. They seem functional. Good luck.

Just to conclude, I tried few, none works. So I reverted to prehistoric one.

I will rebuild this site at some point and then I will use newer version of WP and this plugin.

Thanks for the update. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t find a version that worked. I take it there are theme or plugin functions preventing you from updating the WP core? I’ve been in that position with sites in the past, if there are too many items to fix then I agree, it can be easier to rebuild the site functionality.

@misplon Thanks for your time. I plan to do it at some point as a challenge and maybe to re-learn some things about WP, since I am not using it on regular basis.

Also, I will try to make full reorganization of theme and structure, so I feel brand new install will be way to go.
