Where to edit grey area under post in comments view?

I’m using the standard template (Kubrick), and need to fix the text in the grey area below the post, which says something like: This post was submitted on … and archived under. You can track the comments using the RSS 2.0 feed.

I cannot find the place to edit this anywhere?!
