Where to find the created forms?

    They are stored in the database, not in any files.

    thanks for your answer.
    would it be possible to backup them anyway separately?
    i’ve got the problem, that als my form get lost with the last wp update …

    Yes. Open the admin menu Tools > Export and select Contact Forms.
