Where to find Twitter and Facebook plugins which do this..

    Hi,

    I’m looking for a good Twitter and Facebook plugin which will allow me to send out each WP post as it goes live on my site, to both my twitter and facebook pages.

    If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
