    One of my customers has bought a package of pro add-ons for All-in-One Event Calendar. I’m confused as to what is the official support channel for those.

    The support forums at Time.ly feature this very prominent warning:

    Please consider that tickets raised via Get Help for hosted calendars, and on the www.ads-software.com forum are our prioritized support channels. Still, we’re doing our best to keep this forum up to date as well. Thank you for your understanding!

    I don’t think the www.ads-software.com forums are the right place for commercial support and we are not using a hosted calendar, which leaves us only with the Time.ly forums. Unfortunately, the warning is very true: I have opened a support request over there 11 days ago and still have not received an answer.

    So what are we supposed to do?

    Support is provided here through the wp forum. If you use Timely WordPress plugin and add-ons, it is necessary to create a topic here and we will help you as soon as possible.

    I don’t think you are allowed to provide support for commercial plugins in here, but I’ll follow your lead. New topic coming.
