Where to get support for pro add-ons?

One of my customers has bought a package of pro add-ons for All-in-One Event Calendar. I’m confused as to what is the official support channel for those.
The support forums at Time.ly feature this very prominent warning:
Please consider that tickets raised via Get Help for hosted calendars, and on the www.ads-software.com forum are our prioritized support channels. Still, we’re doing our best to keep this forum up to date as well. Thank you for your understanding!
I don’t think the www.ads-software.com forums are the right place for commercial support and we are not using a hosted calendar, which leaves us only with the Time.ly forums. Unfortunately, the warning is very true: I have opened a support request over there 11 days ago and still have not received an answer.
So what are we supposed to do?
