Where to get support for the Premium version – please read!

Short version: get support for the paid version from the official site, not here. Longer version follows!

As detailed in the main plugin description, this plugin has a Premium version with many additional nice features, particular geared towards businesses (and purchase of which helps keep the plugin maintained and improving for everyone). You can see the shop page for that version at this link.

If you have already bought the paid version, then please make *all* support requests which involve anything that is not also found in the free version via the official website, using the support mechanisms available there.

This is ultimately not a mere request, but a rule placed down upon us and all forum users by www.ads-software.com, whose forums these are. If you post about a commercial product here, we are obliged to not reply, except to tell you where you should go instead. This is explained in www.ads-software.com’s forum handbook, in the section “Do not post about commercial products”.
