Where to get the file ? target=”_blank”

    The target=”_blank” is simply shorthand for “open this link in a window of its own”. It’s not a particular file at all.

    ?? eh , let me rephrase

    I did something with the codes few month ago which made the links posted in comment by users to open in new window, that is _blank . (have a look at my site’s comments)

    Now I forgot how I did that , could anyone help ?
