Where to insert table id tag in editor -load above posts?

where do I add table id of WP table reloaded into my editor? I am using the 2010 Weaver theme (extended) with a lot more options but I want to have the table fixed (static) on the post page – above first post just under the header. I know I have to add in “div=” area, but the template has a long list of template sections in the editor. Would it be in the Page, Theme? Or would it be added under “div=header” =
I only want it to show on posts page, not all pages.
