Where to put headers in php?

  • My site is simple – https://www.heywoodcc.co.uk

    I want to put a header at the top of the first post – same width as content – saying LATEST NEWS and then at the top of the excerpts underneath it saying OLDER NEWS.
    Is there an easy way to do this for a real novice? I am using Suffusion theme.
