Where to put this code?

Hello guys, anibody knows the Google Language Translator plugin @ wordpress? So, i started to using this but I couldnt place the flags with this

code, in header.php it shows in different place but I hope that somebody can help placing those flags in my needed position, i have added screenshots for understanding where I want these flags to show but they are showing in different place making website not so pretty.
