Where to start

Just a newbee here.
Im looking to get Participants Database plugin working on a page within my theme (using Escapade) on GoDaddy.
Have downloaded and installed the plugin and can see it in my plugin list… just cannot see how to drop it into a page.
I know it must be simple but I just don’t get it.
Any assistance most welcome.
