Where to upload

Hi, I have the same issue: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/uploading-a-file-stuck-at-100-what-to-do/ after extracting files I ended up with folders, database.sql, index.php and package.json

Where do I upload these files, is there some folder within the plugin where backups are stored?
