• If I (or any other browser) goes to my blog (https://ipwars.com), the most recent post is from 13 August 2008. The theme is also wrong.

The most recent post should be from 30 Jan. 2009.

The posts are there – I can access them by individual URL e.g. https://ipwars.com/2009/01/30/not-using-a-trade-mark/.

Everything was working fine at the end of last week. I don’t think I did anything on the blog other than publish a new post – the one above.

I have tried the fixes suggested at:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/236637?replies=19

    and wound up with

“Warning: symlink() [function.symlink]: File exists in /home/ipwarsco/public_html/wp-content/symlink.php on line 1”

After I downloaded a new copy of WP-super-cache, also, I couldn’t get it to activitate in the plug-ins.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Getting database connection error so you likely need to fix the values in your wp-config.php file.

I did get the message you quote last night. However, when I tried this morning, I returned to the problem described in my original post.

Nonetheless, I will look at replacing the config.php file.
