Where’s my `<br />` gone?

  • Hi all,

    I’m having an issue with links:

    1) Login > Links > Link Categories > Edit a link category.

    2) Put <br /> into the box marked “Between Link and Description:”

    3) Add links. Click on View Site. Huh? Where’s the line break then?

    4) View Source. Notice that the the <br /> isn’t being added between the link and its description.

    Take a look at https://thinkdrastic.net/journal/ – the problem is under “Interesting Asides” in the sidebar.

    Anybody know how I might fix this?

    By the way, thats using WP1.2.2 (though I think it was a problem in my install of 1.2.1). I’m using the following plugins if it makes any difference:

    – Block-lists anti-spam measures
    – Search Hilite
    – Gravatar
    – Spam Karma
    – Spam Stopgap
