Netfronts never sent a user name and password… are they in the script anywhere so I can find them?

    thanks

I tried that, can’t access the php or mysql at the back end of netfronts they have it locked… can’t get into the admin panel to change anything because I can’t access it.. Netfronts never sent me a password or user name… are they in one of the config pages… I can look them up and then get in… just can’t find them…

We have no idea what “Netfronts” is. I suggest you talk to them.

Why are you with NetFronts? Way to expensive and by the sound of it the service leaves nothing to be desired for.

If you can’t do one of the above due to lack of access then switch hosting provoder.

that didn’t work because the admin username is not admin and I don’t know what netfronts assigned as the username… I tried all the possible usernames that I can think of…

Could the username be in the code on any of the installed scripts that netfronts generated?

clberryr: No, it’s in the database.

Seriously, why are you asking us about this? If you’re paying money to NetFronts, then why are you not calling them and complaining until they fix it?

We are not your hosting provider. We cannot help you, or support things that they mess up. If you have a WordPress issue, we can help. If it’s something about their wacky install scripts, then that’s their problem.
