    I’m thinking about buying Amelia. But first I need to know if this is suitable for my clients.
    Client. Studio rental, two studios, you can add additional extra such as breakfast, limbo, panels. Half a day or full day rental. Picture for reference would be awesome. Synchronisation with google calender and Outlook. As well as thank you email where people can leave a review easily. easy payment options with mollie. Customers must have the freedom to add a note.

    client 2. Rent multiple meeting rooms (around 8)?you can add additional extra such as catering, beamer etc.?Hourly rental. Should work with outlook when a room is booked via outlook?(perhaps API connection). Picture for reference would be awesome. Synchronisation with google calender and Outlook.     Thank you for your inquiry.

    For your first client (studio rental), the Standard License of Amelia should be sufficient. It allows you to set up services such as half-day or full-day rentals, as well as extras like breakfast, limbo, and panels. You can also sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, and provide customers the ability to add notes during the booking process. However, please note that Amelia does not support reviews natively, so you would need a third-party solution for that.

    For your second client (meeting room rentals), the Elite License would be ideal, as it supports managing multiple locations and offers more advanced features. However, please be aware that there is no option to set hourly rates for bookings unless the length of the service is set to exactly one hour. You can sync with both Google Calendar and Outlook, and enable customers to add notes and easily pay via Mollie.
